There were many variables under consideration in our decision as to which General Contractor we would end up doing business with. While the total project cost was important, cost alone did not drive us to do business with Wolverine Building Company. It was also about our comfort level with the professionalism, knowledge and experience of the entire team at Wolverine plus the time frame in which they committed to complete the project. I was most impressed with Wolverine’s ability to make quick and accurate decisions on the spot with limited notice. If we were to ever build another facility, there’s no question Wolverine Building Company would be a general contractor of choice.

My husband and I wanted to take advantage of the housing market but couldn’t afford to take a loss on our current home. Friends had recently remodeled their kitchen which inspired us to look into possibly doing the same. Through their referral we were led to Wolverine Building Company and were immediately impressed and excited about the options they proposed. After 2 estimates by other companies (including a local home improvement center) we chose to work with Wolverine. We paid less than expected AND received a unique design.

We are thoroughly enjoying our new basement! It is a wonderful improvement to our home and a dramatic change from what existed before. We were especially pleased with the Wolverine team through every step in the process. The design exceeded our expectations in taking advantage of the available space most effectively. Most impressively, they completed a very tight schedule on time and on budget.
